With the plan finalised, we'll walk you through the quote step-by-step so that you can be absolutely sure of every inclusion and feature in the investment you're making.

CONTRACT, COLOURS AND GETTING EXCITED
It's time to sign off on your Housing industry Association contract and visit Format for a final consultation on colours, along with the premium fixtures and fittings that will feature in your new home.

COUNCIL APPROVAL AND MAKING WAY FOR THE DEMO
Format lodges approval documentation with Council on your behalf, and upon approval, it’s time to move out and make way for the demolition!

THE MAGIC HAPPENS - DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION
Your old home is professionally demolished, the block cleared and your new Format Home constructed, complete with Truecore steel frame.
